Terms and Conditions
- Not everyone who signs up will get their spots removed. Your chances of being called will vary depending on how our schedule progresses through the day and how soon you sign up. We add everyone to the list on a first come first serve basis.
- There is no guarantee that we can get every spot out. Make sure you understand the difference between a spot and a stain. Our technician will do the best he can to remove your spots, but stains are absorbed into the fibers and removal requires specialized solutions, more time, and may be permanent. We can always try cleaning the spot at no charge, but if you want stain removal the technician can provide a quote and perform that service on the spot.
- You will get cleaning on up to 10 square feet. This promotion is not intended to clean your house or room for free, so it is limited to a single area of 10 square feet or less. Other spots or issues can be addressed and evaluated by our technician, but extra services may incur charges.
- There is no guarantee that the spot will not return. Since we provided this service at no cost to you, we unfortunately can't return again for free to address further issues with the spot. With paid services we do return if you should have a problem.
