Keith did a fabulous job on my well-worn carpet. He gave me some great tips on keeping my carpet clean. He was very informative and professional. Will definitely use Zerorez in the future and tell all my friends!

Our carpets had not been cleaned in maybe 3 years. Needless to say over time much dirt and grime had been ground in. With 2 pets and occasional accidents the challenge was increased. Considering the time that had elapsed, our carpets are 150% better than they were. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. Keith was very personable and professional in conducting his business.

We were very pleased with the job Sheddrick did in cleaning our carpet. It looks good, smells good, and we were really surprised that it was dry in such a small time frame. I've had it cleaned before and it would be the next day before it was dry. Sheddrick is a very hard worker, very professional, knowledgeable, and loves his job. He has that attitude of do it right the first time. He takes pride in his work. He has pictures of his work to back it up like what the carpet looked like before and after cleaning. Sheddrick is an honest, smart, intelligent, family man. Thanks again Shed for your service. It was excellent.

We've been using Zerorez for about a year now after we heard it advertized so highly on KLUV. It's been everything that was promised even with really light colored carpets. Sheddrick was our service professional this time out and his knowledge and admirable work ethic were what Zerorez says will make you a raving fan. We expect to use Zerorez from now on. I love it! My carpets look phenomenal! People thought I was crazy to be excited about cleaning my carpets and now I can say I was right about my expectations.

Don and his technician did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpet. It was great to see all of the stains disappear! The carpet is soft and does not crunch when you walk on it.
As an aside, Don was given our job when the original person could not make it. He arrived much sooner than I expected given he was driving in rush hour traffic. He was professional and immediately went to work. He maximized his efforts and time and we have clean carpet. The best part was that during the course of conversation we also had a personal connection that we uncovered.

Josh and Corey arrived ahead of schedule. Josh thoroughly explained all products and procedures. He thoroughly and QUITE professionally answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Both he and Corey worked very hard, paying close attention to detail and taking care to protect my stationary furniture. My carpets seem to be clean and smell fresh. Mostly, I was impressed with Josh's customer service. He is, I am sure, an asset to the company! Corey was somewhat shy, but very respectful and great with my 2 year old.

Wow, amazing job! AJ and his partner were so pleasant and friendly. The carpet looks brand new and smells really fresh. AJ noticed spots that I treated myself and told me he saw soapy areas. I will never spot treat with over the counter products again. Superb job and so very pleased with Zerorez results! I will highly recommend Zerorez and can't say enough good things about AJ and his partner. They are the best!

My carpet was really dirty but now it's clean and my house smells so good. I have 3 dogs and Corey was able to get out all of the pet stains. He was extremely professional and polite and a joy to work with.
I was home alone and felt very comfortable with Corey in my house.

We are amazed – We actually know the color of our carpet. The pet stains came upwonderfully;. We also had ourkitchen tile & grout cleaned & sealed. We now know the true color of our grout. WOW, what a difference. Seth was great at explaining ouroptions & then he performed an amazing job. My husband and I just had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Seth and his helper werefantastic and even though our carpet is only three years old and had it cleanedin October, you would have thought we had never had it cleaned. Our carpet was filthy. Happy Halloween! No ghosts or ghouls here just beautiful carpets and professional kind service. I am stunned at how great the carpets look/are. Our incontinent Cocker Spaniel was gone but his memory lingered on in the carpets. Now I'll have only the pictures to remind me of him and I'm so excited to be able to say that. Josh did a really great job. One of our bedrooms was used for a room for the cats. The carpet was very dirty and smelly! The stains are up and the smell is gone. The whole house is cleaner and better smelling. This should help my allergies a lot. Thanks for all the great work.
