Mike and Ricky have cleaned our carpet today and putted the protection guard on. My house smells heavenly and the carpet looks like new. I shall enjoy that for a long while. Meanwhile I really appreciated them for being such pleasant and helpful people. Mike and Ricky have not just cleaned my carpets, they too offered any assistance on other areas of the house like how to clean and maintain my air conditioning units.

We are sooo very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge Mike had when he came into our home! We had Zero Res (Zerorez) do our stairs and dining room about a month ago and it still looks fantastic!!! Other cleaners we have used in the past were never this thorough and our carpets within one month looked just like we'd not had them done! A lot of residue remaining. We most certainly will have you back on a more frequent basis and we thank you ever so much Gene and Julie Gates at 103.7 FM for your commercial on their radio station. This is my first time to use Zerorez. I have not been satisfied with previous carpet cleaning companies, their personnel or their customer service, that is the reason I decided to try Zerorez.
Lucas is the most professional, and helpful representative that I have ever dealt with when it comes to carpet cleaning companies. His willingness to help explain and go the extra mile is a credit to your company. Remember it doesn't matter how good your company or product is if you don't have good representation. If the rest of your technicians are as good as Lucas your company will be one of the companies to survive in this era of stiff competition.
Definitely a satisfied customer. I will always request Lucas and will refer my friends to Zerorez.

Zerorez is a great product!
We had pet stains (cat barf and urine) from 2 aging cats. I'd used them before and had great results. On the last visit I paid for the stain protection and it paid off with this visit. The stains came up and out. You can't see the dark green and brown stains associated with stomach bile. My carpets are over 10 years old and they look almost new, which isn't bad considering I've had as many as 5 cats at a time.
I appreciated Brad's call telling me he was going to be delayed.
Zerorez is a great product and company. I'll keep using them and so should you.

The reason I use Zerorez is because I know of no other service to compare with the technology and the amazing results you get. They continue to expand the services they offer such as for granite and marble services, that I tried today, besides the carpet cleaning that is the best!
Terrell was knowledgeable, helpful, and he worked hard to make my countertops sparkle and my carpet looking its best!

Zerorez cleaned our carpets. They did a Fantastic job! We have 4 cats, 1 dog, and a bird. One of our cats got sick and threw up constantly. There were traffic patterns from us and the previous owners. Our carpets look great! No more stains or traffic patterns. Best of all, no soapy residue, or overwhelming odors. I would absolutely recommend them. I would also recommend DeAndre. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He will explain your options but not at all pushy with trying to up-sell.

I had the carpet cleaned today. The young man wascourteous and knowledgeable about his work. He got rid of a stain that has been in the carpet for atleast 6 years that I had tried to take out myself. I just had the house repainted and the walls were refinishedso there was a lot of dust in the carpet as well. It looks like it did when it was new. I definitely am sold on Zerorez. Lucas was very prompt after his send ahead phone call (appreciated it) for my appointment. He is a very polite, courteous, and professional young gentleman! I have to see to believe, but all the times I heard them talk on KLUV about how good it looks afterwards, I can now say its all true. Sheddrick did a wonderful job and I am very picky so if I say its great then it is! I have a pet sitting service and have 2 dogs myself. We love our pets but we all want to be clean. Keith was very polite and prompt. There was even a small issue with the truck, but he kept his smile on his face. I love the fact that he did a test clean first. He was very knowledgable. We had some extremely soiled traffic patters on our carpet - the carpet has never, since it was new, looked so clean. I've tried several different companies and different methods. The following review was written by one of our recent customers Betty Hersey, the Executive Director of the Reading & Radio Resource. This organization is a non-profit volunteer agency that provides an alternative to reading for those visually or physically disabled.
As some of you pointed out, our carpets were a pit! Six years of neighborhood construction dirt, a few hundred volunteers and scads of agency tours and visits had left our carpets less than pretty. When the potential volunteers, who came for Orientation, started making comments, it was time to do something – the ‘river of de-Nile” had run it’s course. I have to admit, I listen to “The Morning Show” on KLUV, 98.7FM, who constantly sing the praises of Zerorez and their amazing technique for restoring carpets to brand-new condition. What else could I do? I picked up the phone and called the owner, Bob McKee…. because Jody Dean said I could.
Sure enough both Bob McKee and his partner/company founder, John Hopkins, showed up to talk with me about the problems we had, give me an estimate and figure out how we could afford to resurrect rather than replace our carpets. They spent a great deal of time looking at each room, visited with a few volunteers and both agreed that we do amazing work and we needed help. They loved that we had recorded the Constitution – they both carry it in their wallets.
Bob called me the next day with a discounted price, because he knew we had just spent a pile of money on the air conditioning system, and is even allowing me to pay it out over the next four months. He said he knew he had to make it affordable for us.
They came in on a Thursday night after all the volunteers had gone home and worked into the wee hours of the morning. They left huge fans behind so the carpets would be dry by the time the staff and the Friday morning volunteers arrived. Of course, it was done during our recent monsoon season, so when I called Bob back to tell him one creep had tracked in mud on my NEW CARPETS, they showed the next night and took care of it…… for free!
