Great technician, very informative, and knew his job. The stains disappeared right before my eyes. A great job and we will surely call them again. I would also like to comment about the representative who answered the phone. She was outstanding and explained the full process, answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

Zerorez cleaned our carpets today and they look great! DeAndre was so professional and explained the process and product well. Very friendly! I feel like the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Very happy customer!

I heard commercials last year about your company (Zerorez). I wanted to try them out. Your equipment is clean, nice truck, friendly, well experienced technician and a good cleaning process. Oh my gosh!
These guys are the greatest -- extremely knowledgeable about their products and excellent service people. My carpets look so good. I don't need to buy new...my husband is delighted.
These guys were on time and did an outstanding job.
