Edgar, Thanks for being so sweet and congenial. He gave me a free trial/demonstration to see if he could get the pet urine out. The demonstration was so good that I had him clean the carpets on the spot. He also repaired 3 places on my carpet. It looked very professional.

I appreciate your hard work and your courtesy. I got a really nice couch from a friend that had 4 little chihuahuas, needless to say the great looking couch had pet odors. I will now be able to enjoy it. It smells great!

Our carpets had not been cleaned in maybe 3 years. Needless to say over time much dirt and grime had been ground in. With 2 pets and occasional accidents the challenge was increased. Considering the time that had elapsed, our carpets are 150% better than they were. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. Keith was very personable and professional in conducting his business.

Very courteous and professional service. Did a great job and were veryknowledgeable about their craft. We are very satisfied with the work they performed. We breed German Shepherds and have twoadult sons living with us. Need I say more as to the challenges we face with our carpets? We'll definitely call them back whenit’s time to clean our carpets again.

We are amazed – We actually know the color of our carpet. The pet stains came upwonderfully;. We also had ourkitchen tile & grout cleaned & sealed. We now know the true color of our grout. WOW, what a difference. Seth was great at explaining ouroptions & then he performed an amazing job. We will recommend Zero Rez (Zerorez) to all our friends & family& better yet, we will use them again.

Happy Halloween! No ghosts or ghouls here just beautiful carpets and professional kind service. I am stunned at how great the carpets look/are. Our incontinent Cocker Spaniel was gone but his memory lingered on in the carpets. Now I'll have only the pictures to remind me of him and I'm so excited to be able to say that. I'll be a Zerorez customer for life.

We are repeat customers because of the way our carpets look and feel after having Zerorez clean them. Terrell and DeAndre did a wonderful job making our carpets look like new once again. Zerorez is a great product!
We had pet stains (cat barf and urine) from 2 aging cats. I'd used them before and had great results. On the last visit I paid for the stain protection and it paid off with this visit. The stains came up and out. You can't see the dark green and brown stains associated with stomach bile. My carpets are over 10 years old and they look almost new, which isn't bad considering I've had as many as 5 cats at a time.
I appreciated Brad's call telling me he was going to be delayed.
Zerorez is a great product and company. I'll keep using them and so should you.
