Ricky did an amazing job fixing my carpet. It was a mess that had been over-protected and now it looks like new. He was incredibly professional and explained each process in detail. We will never use anyone else but Zerorez. He is a true asset to the company and completely changed my opinion back to positive - ver positive!

Mike and Ricky have cleaned our carpet today and putted the protection guard on. My house smells heavenly and the carpet looks like new. I shall enjoy that for a long while. Meanwhile I really appreciated them for being such pleasant and helpful people. Mike and Ricky have not just cleaned my carpets, they too offered any assistance on other areas of the house like how to clean and maintain my air conditioning units.
