Our 14 year old carpet looks great. Tyree was extremely professional, caring, and we will certainly ask for him back. We were also impressed that when we called in and after five minutes we hung up. Even though that was a missed call in their office, we were surprised that we were called right back. That is professional customer service that is far and above any service organization we have worked with in a very, very long time.

I heard commercials last year about your company (Zerorez). I wanted to try them out. Your equipment is clean, nice truck, friendly, well experienced technician and a good cleaning process. We are amazed – We actually know the color of our carpet. The pet stains came upwonderfully;. We also had ourkitchen tile & grout cleaned & sealed. We now know the true color of our grout. WOW, what a difference. Seth was great at explaining ouroptions & then he performed an amazing job. We will recommend Zero Rez (Zerorez) to all our friends & family& better yet, we will use them again.

This is our first experience using Zerorez. AJ and DeAndre arrived on time during a busy day for them with friendly smiles and handshakes. After assessing our needs, they began cleaning. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job, especially on a stubborn food stain in the dining room.
