Lucas is a consumate professional. He knows his product very well, does a great job presenting it to the customer and is a pleasure to work with - A true asset to the company.
This is our second experience with Zerorez and both have been very satisfactory.

This is my first time to use Zerorez. I have not been satisfied with previous carpet cleaning companies, their personnel or their customer service, that is the reason I decided to try Zerorez.
Lucas is the most professional, and helpful representative that I have ever dealt with when it comes to carpet cleaning companies. His willingness to help explain and go the extra mile is a credit to your company. Remember it doesn't matter how good your company or product is if you don't have good representation. If the rest of your technicians are as good as Lucas your company will be one of the companies to survive in this era of stiff competition.
Definitely a satisfied customer. I will always request Lucas and will refer my friends to Zerorez.

Extremely pleased with Lucas and Zerorez. My 15 year old carpets have never been professionaly cleaned. So you can just imagine what they were like when Lucas got here. They look wonderful! He was prompt, quick, efficient, and a pleasure to have around for the short time it took him to clean 4 bedrooms and a couple area rugs! Thank you Lucas for your professionalism. I will be calling Zerorez again!

As a "newbie" customer to the Zerorez family, I am a Raving Fan!! I will be lifelong.
Lucas was very prompt after his send ahead phone call (appreciated it) for my appointment. He is a very polite, courteous, and professional young gentleman! His explanations were articulate and thorough. Lucas was very patient with me after I asked several questions regarding my carpet cleaning and shower stall that were in desperate ned of his outstanding, professional cleaning!
Lucas deserves an award from Zerorez as an exemplary "Indoor Environmental Specialist!" He educated me on how I can maintain his efforts. I am thrilled with my home's carpeting and shower. Definitely refer Zerorez to family and friends!!!

This was the first time we have used Zerorez and although there were a few set backs which caused delay which was beyond anyone's control, Lucas made sure that he did everything in his ability to provide us excellent customer service. We will be using Zerorez again and hopefully Lucas will be our technician. Excellent Service! Excellent Results!
