As bad as my carpet was because of my dogs, Josh did a miracle on my carpets. I can't Thank you enough. It looks like I have new carpet again.

Josh and Corey arrived ahead of schedule. Josh thoroughly explained all products and procedures. He thoroughly and QUITE professionally answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Both he and Corey worked very hard, paying close attention to detail and taking care to protect my stationary furniture. My carpets seem to be clean and smell fresh. Mostly, I was impressed with Josh's customer service. He is, I am sure, an asset to the company! Corey was somewhat shy, but very respectful and great with my 2 year old.

Josh did a really great job. One of our bedrooms was used for a room for the cats. The carpet was very dirty and smelly! The stains are up and the smell is gone. The whole house is cleaner and better smelling. This should help my allergies a lot. Thanks for all the great work.
