Keith was very polite and prompt. There was even a small issue with the truck, but he kept his smile on his face. I love the fact that he did a test clean first. He was very knowledgable. We had some extremely soiled traffic patters on our carpet - the carpet has never, since it was new, looked so clean. I've tried several different companies and different methods. I am sold on Zerorez.
