I have heard about Zero rez (Zerorez) from the morning radio station for some time now. Have used many other cleaning services - ok jobs but not great - always said they would get the stains out - never did. Not until now - wow - it works.
Not only it works but Tyree is your best ambassador. He made this experience one that I will not dread. He is a special guy. You need to keep him. Sharp, clean, professional, friendly, helpful, informed, etc. Can not say enough about Tyree. I will call Zerorez and ask for Tyree. He is a special person.

Edgar, Thanks for being so sweet and congenial. He gave me a free trial/demonstration to see if he could get the pet urine out. The demonstration was so good that I had him clean the carpets on the spot. He also repaired 3 places on my carpet. It looked very professional.

A huge spot upstairs came out with no fuss. Brad was punctual, polite, and friendly. The 1 + (plus one) service is the greatest. I thought that old sofa needed to be replaced, but Brad made it look like new!
