DeAndre did an excellent job all around - prompt, professional, knowledgeable and the carpets look great!! I also appreciate the fact that he was not a pushy sales rep - as I have experienced from some other companies. He knew what was needed and didn't try and pressure me into unnecessary add-ons. Thank-You!! Will definitely use again!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think the stains embedded in my carpet would ever come out! In fact I had told my husband that we were going to replace the carpet. Zero Rez (ZEROREZ) made his day!! The carpet looks good and smells great. I am no longer concerned about my 10 month old crawling around on this floor. I appreciate that my technician was very courteous, and knowledgeable about the product utilized, and that he was also concerned about the safety and welfare of my childrens needs medically, and environmentally! Thank you Zerorez!!!! DeAndre was excellent!

Great technician, very informative, and knew his job. The stains disappeared right before my eyes. A great job and we will surely call them again. I would also like to comment about the representative who answered the phone. She was outstanding and explained the full process, answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

This is our first experience using Zerorez. AJ and DeAndre arrived on time during a busy day for them with friendly smiles and handshakes. After assessing our needs, they began cleaning. We are repeat customers because of the way our carpets look and feel after having Zerorez clean them. Terrell and DeAndre did a wonderful job making our carpets look like new once again.
