Wow! What a "carpet cleaning experience". Tyree introduced himself at the front door and I knew right then we had called the best cleaners. Tyree explained everything and went right to work. He was very polite and seemed like a good friend from the beginning. He really knows his business and if we need carpet cleaning again, we'll be calling Zerorez and Tyree! Don't let him get away he is definitely a "keeper"!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think the stains embedded in my carpet would ever come out! In fact I had told my husband that we were going to replace the carpet. Zero Rez (ZEROREZ) made his day!! The carpet looks good and smells great. I am no longer concerned about my 10 month old crawling around on this floor. I appreciate that my technician was very courteous, and knowledgeable about the product utilized, and that he was also concerned about the safety and welfare of my childrens needs medically, and environmentally! Thank you Zerorez!!!! DeAndre was excellent!

Our carpets had not been cleaned in maybe 3 years. Needless to say over time much dirt and grime had been ground in. With 2 pets and occasional accidents the challenge was increased. Considering the time that had elapsed, our carpets are 150% better than they were. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. Keith was very personable and professional in conducting his business.

Thank you Mike for an awesome job today! Not just on my carpets but especially on my upholstery which now looks like new! I was on the verge of considering replacing carpets and furniture and now I feel like I have, but I get to enjoy the things I love again! We've been using Zerorez for about a year now after we heard it advertized so highly on KLUV. It's been everything that was promised even with really light colored carpets. Sheddrick was our service professional this time out and his knowledge and admirable work ethic were what Zerorez says will make you a raving fan. We expect to use Zerorez from now on. Thanks Sheddrick for a great job even on those mysterious stains that you got out!

I love it! My carpets look phenomenal! People thought I was crazy to be excited about cleaning my carpets and now I can say I was right about my expectations.
Dewayne and Bo were great! Very friendly and professional! I greatly appreciate the fantastic job!
