Edgar is a great Zero-Rez (ZEROREZ) employee. He was very cheerful and helpful and did a very nice job on our carpets. His repair of one place that was coming loose was very well done and looks almost new. We appreciate a job well done. Thanks Edgar and Zero-Rez.

We love having Zerorez clean our carpets! The service is always great, on time, and friendly. Technicians are professional and well dressed. Best of all, our floors stay clean for months, and the price is competitive, especially considering the extra time we can go between cleanings. Great technician, very informative, and knew his job. The stains disappeared right before my eyes. A great job and we will surely call them again. I would also like to comment about the representative who answered the phone. She was outstanding and explained the full process, answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

Oh my gosh!
These guys are the greatest -- extremely knowledgeable about their products and excellent service people. My carpets look so good. I don't need to buy new...my husband is delighted.
These guys were on time and did an outstanding job.
I highly recommend them.

What a great carpet cleaning experience! Stacy was a pleasure and a wealth of knowledge. He explained all of your services and did a phenominal job on my carpets. Josh did a really great job. One of our bedrooms was used for a room for the cats. The carpet was very dirty and smelly! The stains are up and the smell is gone. The whole house is cleaner and better smelling. This should help my allergies a lot. Thanks for all the great work.
