Edgar, Thanks for being so sweet and congenial. He gave me a free trial/demonstration to see if he could get the pet urine out. The demonstration was so good that I had him clean the carpets on the spot. He also repaired 3 places on my carpet. It looked very professional.

Wow! What a "carpet cleaning experience". Tyree introduced himself at the front door and I knew right then we had called the best cleaners. Tyree explained everything and went right to work. He was very polite and seemed like a good friend from the beginning. He really knows his business and if we need carpet cleaning again, we'll be calling Zerorez and Tyree! Don't let him get away he is definitely a "keeper"!

Our 14 year old carpet looks great. Tyree was extremely professional, caring, and we will certainly ask for him back. We were also impressed that when we called in and after five minutes we hung up. Even though that was a missed call in their office, we were surprised that we were called right back. That is professional customer service that is far and above any service organization we have worked with in a very, very long time.

Very courteous and friendly service. Both AJ and his assistant were professionally dressed and behaved - nice concern about the safety of our home's occupants. (AJ asked if any pets or small children might be endangered by his leaving the door open a crack for the hose.) Good work on carpeting (Got most of the nail polish stain out.)
