Edgar, the ZeroRez technician that cleaned my carpets yesterday was wonderful. Not only was he very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, my carpets look great. I have a large dog and two teenage boys that leave my carpet looking very dirty. After Edgar worked his magic, my carpets look like new and you do not feel any residue after the cleaning.
